AFFILIATE COMMISSION STRUCTURE

1. The affiliate commission varies between 35% and 50%, determined by your monthly active players and their net losses.
2. Commissions are computed on a monthly basis and can be withdrawn via USDT
3. To qualify for commission calculation, a minimum of three deposited and active players each month is required. If there are fewer than three active players, no commission will be counted in.
4. An operation and administrative cost of 15% will be deducted from the player’s profit and loss.
5. The profit and losses from P2P games (Ludo and BPoker) are not included from the commission calculation.
6. Minimum of 100 USD can be withdrawn, commission below 100 USD will be carried over to the following month.
7. In addition to the active player requirements specified in the table above, it’s essential to guarantee that each player you’ve referred is a legitimate, active player according to Megacryptoworld’s quality standards. If you do not meet these standards, your commission will not be disbursed.
8. Failing to maintain ongoing promotion of the website, which includes not acquiring new sign-ups and/or removing megacryptoworld banners from your affiliate site, will be considered a violation of the contract. This breach will result in the automatic termination of this Agreement, and any potential claims for future revenue sharing will be forfeited.
9. Payment Deductions: In cases where your players engage in collusion or any form of fraudulent activity, the megacryptoworld Affiliate Program manager is authorized to make deductions from your revenue share by withholding funds or removing the player’s account from your list of referred players.
10. Regarding payments, your commission will be disbursed during the initial week of each month.
10.1 In cases where the account displays a negative balance (meaning customer winnings exceed customer losses), the deficit amount will be carried over to subsequent months. The Revenue Share will be determined based on our calculations and statistics. Any negative commission balances will be subtracted from the available commissions.
10.2 Any earnings obtained through this Agreement do not include charges, taxes (including Value Added Tax, when applicable), duties, fees, excises, or tariffs. These charges, taxes, duties, fees, excises, or tariffs will be your responsibility and will be determined at the prevailing rates at the time the revenue share is disbursed. To clarify, you are solely and primarily accountable for any taxes imposed on the revenue share by the tax authority in your domicile for income tax purposes. However, in the event that megacryptoworld is obligated to withhold any tax that is your responsibility and imposed by a tax authority in any jurisdiction where megacryptoworld operates, you will be exclusively responsible for the payment of such tax, and you will not be able to seek reimbursement of such tax from megacryptoworld.
